Tumbler Heat Press Machine Craft Hero for 11oz, 15oz,16oz, 20oz, 30oz Tumblers, Cups, Mugs

My press won’t open. Is there a screw or something I have to loosen? I know about the front locking mechanism but the handle won’t go up. I can’t open it up. Help!

So far, it's working great and does exactly what I need. The heat press is ease to use and delivers the results I was hoping for when sublimating 20-ounce tumblers. The only issue is that unlocking it with strong pressure ca be a bit tricky, it takes some effort.

The picture turns out to be clear, without streaks, and warms up evenly. It is very easy to figure out, even if you are a beginner. I especially like that it doesn't overheat the mugs and leaves no traces. It works quickly and without problems! Also the setup took only a couple of minutes. It heats up super fast. What I like the most is the wide opening of the lid — it's so convenient for placing and removing the workpiece!
